Park

We met the Gilmartins over at the park for some fun. It was a beautiful day. I have been craving some good fall weather, I am done with summer. Fall is my favorite season and I hate when it gets skipped, so many years we seem to go straight from 70 degree weather to snow - no happy medium, no nice 40 and 50 degree days... Kevin thinks I'm crazy, I get to hear him cry about the days getting shorter and the sun getting scarcer everyday :) But I will admit one thing... it's harder to go to the park when it's not nice days like this one...

A boy and his cat...

We'll all be in the tv room and Bradley will walk away and go in the living room, a couple minutes later after it's really quiet in there we go and check out what he's doing - 9 times out of 10 he is laying on the couch next to Angel, cuddling :) It's so cute, he is so so sweet with her, he loves her so much and she loves him right back.
And he loves when Angel lays on him - now sometimes when she walks up to him, he'll hurry and lay down on his back and pat his tummy :)

Rockies Game

It was a cold, cold night :) Good thing Mammy watched Mr B at home because there's no way I would have drug him there in that weather, it was definitely chilly - but still a great time, great game! It was the first time that we had hot chocolate instead of lemonade at a Rockies game :) (By the way, this was towards the end of September - so I'm finally getting closer to present time :) )

Just lovin' Daddy

He's definitely a Daddy's boy - that's for sure. They cuddle together all the time, it's adorable!

Funny faces

Bradley crinkles his little nose all the time, I love it :) Kevin and Mom have both said it looks a little evil - that's ridiculous, it's the cutest thing ever! :) He does it all the time, just sitting there, playing with toys, talking to you and really trying to get his point across, it's hilarious! :) And lately he'll do it in little spurts over and over, like a little bunny rabbit :)

Connor turns 2!!

I can't believe he is so old - that means that Bradley is right behind him! That can't be!! It was a great birthday party - wait that's not a party hat... I loved when he was opening presents and whenever someone would take a picture (every 30 seconds) he would have to stop what he was doing and go look at the picture :) He is so sweet with Bradley, even though they are definitely starting their love/hate relationship while trying to figure out exactly how to share toys :) to be expected, and both of them need the practice anyway with siblings on the way...

Goodbye Bike :(

After much discussion, we decided that it was finally time to sell Kevin's beloved motorcycle. Unfortunately, we really needed the money, and Kevin doesn't get many chances to ride the bike anymore, so we thought it would be a smart move right now financially. I cried :( I am pregnant you know. It was just really sad, Kevin has had that bike for 10 years, he proposed to me on that bike. I kept telling Kevin the whole way "Don't do it if you're going to regret it, it's not worth it, we'll figure something else out", but he just kept reassuring me that he'd be sad for a while, but he'd get over it. I hate to see him sad. We took lots of pictures and said goodbye. I think it was the right decision, lately there have been so many motorcycle accidents in town that I would have been nervous if he rode it around anyway. But it was sad to say goodbye... lots of good memories on that bike...

On a side note - I am pregnant :) I use that as an excuse as much as I can lately - to get foot rubs, back massages, not do dishes - you name it :) Except for some reason now it doesn't work anymore... anytime I say "I'm pregnant" Kevin comes right back with "I sold my bike"

I keep trying to tell him it's not the same thing, and that doesn't work, but he doesn't seem to understand :)
